The contract will last three months and require you to support two campuses (approximately 1 mile apart) in person.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, including MAC and PC platforms.
Respond promptly to user inquiries through various communication channels, delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution and knowledge sharing.
Maintain accurate documentation of user requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
Support the management and maintenance of IT assets, peripherals, and software licenses.
Install, update, and configure software applications and security patches as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing IT Help Desk support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting both MAC and PC platforms.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Information:
This position involves supporting two campuses located approximately 1 mile apart.
Contractors may be required to drive between the two locations based on operational needs.
Daily allocation of hours on each campus will be determined according to scheduling requirements.
