Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for creating graphics and visual content - Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling and monitoring posts - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences - Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO and content marketing - Basic photography skills to capture high-quality visuals for social media posts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Please note that proficiency in Google Analytics, stigmatise management, buff scheduling tool, or experience in public relations would be considered a plus.
