The Hotchkiss School seeks a dynamic and innovative Director of of Nursing to provide effective management and leadership of the Hotchkiss School Health Center.
Primary responsibilities include:
nursing supervision and scheduling, direct nursing care and oversight, medical record review, development and revision of Heath Center policies, collaboration with the Health Care team, facilitate coordination of care, promote a strong commitment to wellness and quality health care for the students of Hotchkiss.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Nursing, Masters preferred, CT licensed RN, 3
years nursing management, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, ability to streamline processes using technology, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records databases.
