Summary:
Under the direction of the CFO and Controller, this position is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of the School's liabilities and efficient management of the Payables operation including the weekly processing of accounts payable, resolving payable issues, data entry and report generation as well as the management of petty cash and student allowances.
Under direction of the CFO the School Store Manager is managing the day to day management of the school store using best practices of the National Association of College Stores.
Qualifications:
college degree in business administration preferred with retail and bookkeeping experience requires a professional telephone manner and an ability to respond calmly and confidently to emotional customers at times Detail oriented, highly organized Good written and verbal skills to communicate with people at all levels People skills - patience and desire to work with others Ability to work independently without specific direction or supervision Team player proficient data entry skills (Google Docs, QuickBooks, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) familiar with online store respects children high energy flexible and patient Heavy Lifting up to 30lbs Job Type:
